Three depths of engagement. One question at the start: how far has execution already drifted? Signetra's Automotive Advisory practice engages at one of three depths. Selection is driven by the state of the programme, not by client budget or default tier. The earlier the engagement, the lighter the intervention. The later it gets, the more structural the work becomes.
DEFINITION
Used when a programme is approaching a critical point and clarity is needed quickly. We identify where execution is already drifting: across dependencies, supplier timelines, validation paths, and decision sequencing, before drift becomes visible downstream as cost or schedule impact. The output is a structured diagnostic: what is happening, why, and what the realistic options are from the current position
Diagnostic engagements are tightly scoped. The intent is to give programme leadership a defensible picture of the current state and a basis for the next decision, not to begin an open ended consulting relationship.
CHALLENGE
Used when issues are no longer isolated, but structural.
We work inside the programme structure to reconnect fragmented execution: realigning requirements, suppliers, validation paths, and milestone sequencing into a controlled flow. The work is hands-on and operates at the seams where execution is breaking, rather than at the strategy layer above it.
Stabilisation engagements are deeper than Diagnostic. They assume the diagnosis is already understood, or has been completed in a prior Diagnostic engagement, and the question is now what to do about it.
Used when the programme requires sustained intervention, not a one-time fix.
We embed within the programme leadership team, carrying decision rights agreed upfront, and operate as part of the execution structure. The intent is to hold the programme through a critical phase: a launch window, a regulatory deadline, a supplier transition, a platform consolidation, where short-form engagement would not be sufficient
Embedded engagements are the deepest tier of advisory work. Scope, decision rights, and exit criteria are defined at the start of the engagement and revisited at agreed checkpoints.
