Forward Visibility is a predictive intelligence capability, not an advisory engagement. The engagement model reflects that: it is structured around signal cadence and decision points, not around scoped consulting deliverables.
DEFINITION
Forward Visibility today is delivered as a B2B intelligence service: structured briefs and embedded decision support, shaped against the specific decisions a programme is facing. From early 2027, it will be supported by a dedicated B2B predictive intelligence platform, extending the same capability into a continuous, system-grade signal layer.
Two engagement formats are available, and most clients use both in combination.
CHALLENGE
A periodic intelligence service tailored to the programme's specific decision horizon. The output is structured briefs covering the three signal domains, product, market, and lifecycle, framed against the specific decisions the programme is facing.
Briefs are not generic market reports. Each one is shaped against a defined set of programme questions agreed at the start of the engagement, and refreshed on a cadence that matches the decision rhythm of the programme.
For programmes where signal cadence alone is insufficient, Forward Visibility can be embedded directly into a programme's decision forums. The engagement provides framed intelligence at the point of decision, working alongside programme leadership rather than reporting into them.
This format is used when the programme is making consequential decisions on a fast cycle, where waiting for the next briefing window would be too late.
